Tasty Fried Rice

Ingredients

Cooked rice 200 g
Broccoli 100 g [cut into small florets]
Chicken breast meat 75 g [diced]
Carrot (s) 25 g [cut into small dices]
Rib Sauce 50 g [1 pack]


Directions
  1. Cook broccoli and carrot in salted boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry chicken meat in 1 tsp oil until done.  Add vegetables, cooked rice and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Fried Cod Fillet.  Stir well until heated through.
