Ingredients

Cooked rice 300 g [about 2 cups]
Meatball(s) 5 pcs [sliced]
3-Color frozen vegetables 2 tbspdefrosted
Chinese mushroom(s) 4 pcs [soaked and cubed]
Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop 2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Saute meatballs and Chinese mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry until done.  Stir in cooked rice , Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop and heat through.
