Mint leaves 4 pcs
XO Sauce adequate amount [or Extra Hot]

  1. Cut cucumber into about 2.5 cm thick.  Scoop the inner pulp out with a spoon.  Stuff with Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce.  Top with mint leaves.
