Boat Lady Fried Rice

- White rice 450 g [around 2.5 bowls]
- Egg 2 pcs [beaten]
- Scallion 25 g [diced]
- Char Siu/Roasted Barbecued Pork 120 g [diced]
- Shallot 25 g [diced]
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1½ tsp

How to make it
Stir-fry diced shallots in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant
Add eggs. Stir in rice, diced char siu, seasoning mix and diced scallion. Heat through to serve
