- 300g Long Brinjal
- 5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oriental BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil

How to make it
Wash and clean brinjals. Diagonally cut the brinjals into 1 1/2cm length.
Coat grill pan with cooking oil and grill brinjals until soft.
Spread Lee Kum Kee Oriental BBQ Sauce and serve.
