How to make it
Heat up a pan with cooking oil. Add prawns in and stir fry with high heat until it turns pink. Drain the oil and set aside.
Leave some oil in the pan, saute ginger and garlic, then add prawns in and stir fry.
Add Lee Kum Kee First Draw Soy Sauce and white sugar to taste, then stir fry evenly.
Dish out and sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
