How to make it
Marinate swordfish for 3 minutes. Pan sear in a hot non-stick pan for 3 minutes per side, and let rest for 2 minutes
Stir fry pea shoots for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Mix all ingredients for salsa (Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, Red Bell Pepper, Chives, Lee Kum Kee Oriental BBQ Sauce, salt and pepper).
To plate, make a bed of pea shoots in center of plate then top with swordfish, nap with salsa for color. Garnish with chives, served.
