Pork Chop Burger with Oyster Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 150g boneless pork chop, cut into 2 pieces, lightly pounded
- 2 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- Lettuce garnish as desired
Marinade
- 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Italian mixed herbs
- 1/4 tsp. sugar

How to make it
Mix pork chops with marinade and toast the buns.
Use cooking oil to pan-fry pork chops over medium heat until done. Serve burgers on toasted buns with tomatoes, lettuce, and any condiments desired.
