How to make it
Soak noodles in cold water after half cooked. Drain well and set aside.
Mix all the sauces mix well and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic until fragrant. Add carrots and chinese cabbage and stir fry for a while, then add in noodles and spring onion.
Add in pre-mix sauce mix and stir evenly. Serve hot.
