How to make it

雞肉與醃料拌勻。
用1湯匙油炒熟雞肉,加入蘑菇及番茄炒勻成餡料備用。
雞蛋加入調味料打勻。
燒熱1湯匙油,加入雞蛋汁略炒,再轉慢火煎成蛋皮,將餡料放在圓形一邊,灑芝士。
將奄列對覆成半圓形包著餡料,將奄列煎至剛熟,趁熱享用。
