How to make it

  1. 西冷牛扒與醃料拌勻。
  2. 用1 湯匙油將牛扒每面煎2-3分鐘,加入牛油拌勻後上碟保暖。
  3. 原鑊炒香洋蔥及蘑菇,加入麵粉炒勻,下調味料拌勻後慢火煮至稠。
  4. 將紅酒汁淋在牛扒上,吃時伴以焗馬鈴薯及新鮮蔬菜。
