How to make it

  1. Heat up a pan with cooking oil. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant. 
  2. Add king oyster mushrooms and continue to stir fry with medium heat until soft. 
  3. Saute the mushrooms until they shrank in size. Add the sauces and stir fry for a while. 
  4. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
