How to make it

  1. 將蕎麥麵放入沸水中,依包裝指示烹煮或煮至軟身,取出浸入冰水中,瀝乾後排放大碗內。
  2. 將蟹柳,青瓜及甘筍,排好在蕎麥麵上,放入雪櫃冷凍。
  3. 吃時下調味料拌匀,灑上烤香芝麻。
