Qualification: 

1. Contestants must be must be Malaysian and must be born on 1st January, 1980 or later.
   
   
2. Contestants must have minimum 2 years working experience and must be currently employed as of time of contest application.
   
   
3. Contestants must possess skills and knowledge of Chinese cuisine.

 

Winners will represent Malaysia to participate in Lee Kum Kee International Young Chef Chinese Culinary Challenge 2020 in Hong Kong.
