How to make it
Marinate chicken fillet for a minimum of 1 hour.
Heat oil in frying pan. Fry chicken fillet on both sides for about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Toast pita bread until golden light brown. Cut into half and spread barbecue sauce on both sides of the inner bread.
Fill the bread with shredded lettuce, a piece of chicken fillet and a slice of tomato. Ready to serve.
