How to make it

  1. Heat up pan with a little oil and fry large prawns, set aside. 

  2. Stir fry dried shrimps until well done and crispy.

  3. Saute onion, garlic and ginger with low heat for 5 mins and then add in seasoning mix. 
  4. Add in large prawns and stir fry until well mixed. Add in corn starch, served.
