How to make it
Heat Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil in a wok, saute ginger slices with medium meat until golden brown.
Add the chicken and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add in water and Shaoxing wine, do a few quick stirs. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
