How to make it

  1. Heat up oil, saute pineapple cubes until fragrant. Add in seasoning and stir well. Dish up and set aside. 
  2. Cut two slits on the fish and place onto a steaming tray. Spoon pineapple sauce over the fish. 
  3. Steam at high heat for 15 minutes or until cooked. Remove and serve hot.
