Steamed Fish with Spicy Pineapple Sauce
What You Will Need

- 1 tsp Oil
- 200g Pineapple (cut into small cubes)
- 1 (about 600g) Garoupa Fish
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guilin Style Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Water

How to make it
Heat up oil, saute pineapple cubes until fragrant. Add in seasoning and stir well. Dish up and set aside.
Cut two slits on the fish and place onto a steaming tray. Spoon pineapple sauce over the fish.
Steam at high heat for 15 minutes or until cooked. Remove and serve hot.
